Living in two locations in Japan and the U.S. without an account, no parents' home, and no Japanese citizenship ！.

I have been in the U.S. for 27 years and have been seriously considering moving to Japan in the near future and just recently purchased a small house in front of the beach in "Izu", Japan.
Now I can bring my pets back home with me.
For now, I am continuing to live in two locations, LA and Izu, to gradually get used to life in Japan.

There were many "obstacles" before I bought a house in Japan, and at one point I gave up on the idea of moving to Japan.
I contacted more than 50 real estate agencies in Izu （ Atami, Ito ） and Shonan to find a house for rent or a used apartment for sale, but I had no relatives in Japan ＆ like me ・ ・ ・ and I was an old ！ ？ and there were very few apartments available for rent for an elderly couple .

However, my dream of moving to Japan became a reality when I met a real estate agency in Izu.
We have no children, so we were worried about our old age （ Tears ）
What if one of us needed nursing care ？ The high cost of nursing care in the U.S. I was deeply relieved when these doubts were resolved.


I would like to share with you the knowledge I have gained from my own experiences in Japan, such as finding a place to live, procedures at the municipal office, opening a bank account, paying utility bills, finding a renovation company, and much more.
